This year we didn&#8217;t see any and didn&#8217;t see any of the water birds we&#8217;ve often seen, either. But the sky was fairly dramatic, so I took a picture of that instead. I think it made the short drive worth the effort. We stopped for Italian Ice on the way, too, which would have been enough on its own.
