I&#8217;m usually just turning onto Washington Street from Jefferson and then paying attention to oncoming traffic because I&#8217;m usually turning left again. Because this is on the right, I am generally looking the other way. For some reason I noticed it this evening, though. I parked and went over to get a closer look.
