I suspect it isn&#8217;t 100% <em>R. multiflora<\/em>, because those have white flowers and this is clearly not white. What the rest of its genetic makeup is, I really couldn&#8217;t say. <em>R. virginiana<\/em> would be a reasonable guess. The color is right. The leaves are definitely <em>R. multiflora<\/em> and it&#8217;s got the requisite resistance to black spot. It&#8217;s possibly a bit less vigorous, but that&#8217;s probably something in its favor. <em>R. multiflora<\/em> will generally take over and this is large, but fairly well behaved.
