We had a little, black-was coated round of Black Bomber cheese at some point and really enjoyed it. I don&#8217;t know where we got it and we haven&#8217;t seen it in stores locally. Today I found it in the new Giant grocery store in Olney. I don&#8217;t know if they have it regularly or not but I naturally bought some. It&#8217;s actually a creamier cheese than many aged cheddars but it has a really nice, deep flavor (or flavour, since it&#8217;s from the British Isles).
