It may be an orange sulphur (<em>Colias eurytheme<\/em>) but it&#8217;s hard to tell for sure from the underside of the wings. It&#8217;s a sulphur, anyway, subfamily Coliadinae. I&#8217;ve had a hard time getting a good photograph of one, as they are quite shy and often don&#8217;t land when I&#8217;m near by. So, I was pleased to get this photo and a few others today.
