I do. It&#8217;s one of my favorite vegetables, in fact. I prefer it to not be overcooked but can take it pretty much however. I don&#8217;t think it&#8217;s nearly as good when it&#8217;s been frozen, probably because that means you have to cook it longer to be sure you don&#8217;t have any cold spots. My preferred seasoning is a splash of vinegar and a little salt. Actually the one thing I don&#8217;t like much about broccoli is the spelling.
